Dingle Hill Flowers & Herbs is a sanctuary for speciality herbs in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Decades ago it was a dairy farm, but when we moved here in 2012, the land was uncultivated and pristine, brimming with beneficial plants and wildlife. We take great care to preserve this special environment.
Sustainable methods, including permaculture and beyond-organic, re-establish the natural conditions which herbs prefer, protected and nourished by a holistic ecosystem. We grow only heirloom and straight species herbs, without relying on artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Plants are harvested at their peak of potency and we take no shortcuts in the processing stages. Crafters use our products to create premium culinary, medicinal, and personal care products.
Our way of farming cultivates plants with the true essence of Nature that nourishes and heals us. By growing these essential botanicals we hope to tell their story, support conservation, and share this experience with friends and community.
